WHAT IS VENDOR ADVOCACY ?

Vendor Advocacy is the appointment of a property expert to advise, control and ensure that the appointed Agent markets and sells your property correctly in an appropriate time frame, ensuring that the absolute best price is achieved with the least amount of stress for the vendor.

The Vendor Advocate will look after the sellers interests exclusively, from their first meeting or day one, until after settlement has been completed successfully. Advantage Vendor Advocacy does not assist buyers (some companies do both and we believe this is a conflict) because the task is specialised and as such needs to be clear, uncomplicated and totally focused on the selling process.

WHO CAN BE A VENDOR ADVOCATE ?

Anyone can claim to be a property expert or represent themselves as a vendor advocate, however we believe that a suitable qualification and relevant experience in the property market (such as being a Licensed Estate Agent or Auctioneer) over a considerable period of time is necessary.

Remember that the vendor advocate is, in most cases looking after someone’s most valuable asset and therefore needs to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving consistently excellent results. It is one transaction that can’t go wrong – for whatever reason….

WHERE DO VENDOR ADVOCATES SELL ?

Most vendor advocates sell throughout Melbourne, but hit a brick wall (or find it too hard) when asked to sell a property outside the metropolitan area, regional Victoria or interstate. At Advantage Vendor Advocacy, we have the depth of knowledge, passion and expertise to sell successfully Australia wide.

We also offer vendors the option to sell via a referral basis, if it is not cost effective to inspect the property and personally interview the proposed local Agents. Either way we would be fully involved in the marketing and selling process on your behalf.
